What Have I Been Up To Lately, You Ask??

I have had a dry diaper for three days straight! Woo-Hoo!!

Now tell me if you would consider this abuse... Daddy, Mommy, and I were in SAMS Club the other night and Mommy decided it would be funny to show me the Halloween man who peels his face off and laughs this wicked, terrifying laugh while his eyes change colors and roll around in his head. I'm thinking of calling DFCS, but they've been fairly decent parents up until this point. All the way home, I kept saying "I scared... I scared". Mommy told me that it was just a silly man playing peek-a-boo. So then I would say "peek-a-boo... I scared!" You see... a week ago I was visiting my Gramps and he took his teeth out of his mouth. I was weirded out out by that... but this peek-a-boo man took his entire face off!!!!!

Okay, enough spooky talk. Going to give myself nightmares just reminiscing about it. I spent all of last week at my Granny & Gramps house in Albany, GA. The air conditioning is not working at our house, so we flew to Georgia to get away from the hot house and visit family. I got to visit all of my cousins, aunts, and uncles (on my mom's side). Mom & I were busy running errands with my Granny the whole time we were there. It was a lot of fun! We thought the house would be cool when we got home, but the air conditioning wasn't fixed. We're still waiting for a part to come in.

Since we didn't want to spend much time in the house this past weekend, we stayed on the go, go, go. The weather was so nice out and we went bike riding at Pea Ridge National Military Park http://www.nps.gov/peri on Saturday. It's a seven mile bike path and we saw 18 deer while we were biking!! The deer weren't even afraid of us until we got really close to them. There were lots of baby deer, too. They were so cute.

This was a nice overlook at some of the battle fields.

Yesterday, after church, we decided to drive to Van Buren and Fort Smith. We've never been there before and wanted to check it out. Now that we've been there, we realize there's no reason to ever go back.... except for this awesome Mexican restaurant we went to that Mommy thought was "out of this world"....http://www.insiderpages.com/b/15239356442. Daddy got the California Burrito. It's not on the menu, so you have to ask for it. It was crazy big and had everything in it. Mommy got the chicken fajitas. The chips come out hot and the salsa is addictive... So they said, all I wanted was a mint.

This was taken in Van Buren on an emergency potty stop.

We spent Sunday evening laying out in the backyard trying to stay cool. It was nice out. Charlie and Ruby thought is was great that we were laying in the grass with them.
